About the Pet Sitters
Jill Norman is one of the original owners of Jack and Jill Pet Sitters. The most important element in determining the quality of pet sitting is the experience and compassion for the care of your furry dog and cat friends by the pet sitter. Jack and Jill Pet Sitters is operated by Jill and Rod Norman. The business was started in 2007 as Jackie and Jill’s Pet Sitting Service by Jill and a very good friend while living in Colleyville, Texas. The two had always loved animals, and thought a pet sitting company would be a great business to start, while at the time being stay-at-home moms. Jill’s partner decided to accept a challenge to work for a non-profit organization to pursue another passion and gave her ownership over to Jill. After accepting the challenge, Jill asked her husband Rod to assist her with running the business. Rod is now involved in almost every aspect of the business. Jill is an excellent care giver of pets, and has garnered a lot of respect and love from her pet clients and their owners (moms and dads). From administering medications or simply just being a temporary mom to her furry friends, Jill is definitely one of the best pets sitters that one could find.
Rod Norman is the husband of Jill and has been involved in the business since 2008, first to help with marketing, and then became a sitter and dog walker as the business began to grow. He loves animals of all kinds, and has many years of experience handling all types of situations with pets. Rod is very detailed and there’s not much that can get passed him, when taking care of his client’s pets. During his time as a sitter, he’s had to breakup fighting dogs, rush a few to the hospital, and even rescue dogs on the street who were lost and couldn’t find their way back home. Rod is a true professional, and goes the extra mile when taking care of pets of all kinds.
Brittney Guerriero a responsible, outgoing, crazy animal lover!! She has been working with many types of animals, mostly dogs for the past several years. Brittney has one year of vet tech experience, canine/feline CPR and first aid certificates through PetTech, and her animal behavior certificate with Holly and Hugo. While in California she also managed a kennel, before going back to what she really loves and that’s spending more quality time with animals as a pet sitter and dog walker. Brittney joined the Jack and Jill Pet Sitter team in October of 2015. We are excited to have her working with us, and we’re confident that she will take great care of pets in her care.
Pet Sitter Hours of Operation
Pet sitting with Jack and Jill Pet Sitters is always by appointment. We typically service our clients between the hours of 6:00 am and 10:00 pm any day of the week.
